Garden of Life Raw Enzymes Review!
If any of you are like me, you have stomach problems. It seems like no matter what I eat many foods upset my stomach. I never had this problem when I was younger but the older I get the worse it gets. So when I got a chance to review this enzyme I was very excited! I read that this has a broader range of enzymes then anything else I had tried and was designed for women (sorry boys)! So I started taking 1 capsule with all three meals and boy did I start to see a difference. I didn't have that upset stomach feeling after I ate. I also no longer had that feeling of food just sitting in your stomach. It also lessen my gas after I ate which is a lifesaver for me and my co workers after lunch! If you are experiencing any sort of stomach problems I would recommend giving this a shot! I promise you won't be let down!
